Sources and methodology
Malaysian prayer times
JAKIM e-Solat is the source for Malaysian timetables. The application checks zone codes, dated rows, prayer fields and ordering before storing a monthly snapshot. It serves a date-matched record only while that snapshot remains within its freshness window. A failed refresh does not replace a valid snapshot with malformed data. When a usable current record is missing, the page links to JAKIM and does not substitute calculated times.

Saudi Arabia and Egypt
These pages use the open-source Adhan JS library and representative WGS84 settlement coordinates. Saudi pages use the Umm al-Qura method: 18.5° Fajr and Isha 90 minutes after Maghrib, extended to 120 minutes during calculated Ramadan. Egyptian pages use 19.5° Fajr and 17.5° Isha. The default Asr convention uses one shadow. Exact method choices are shown on each page.
The automatic Ramadan adjustment follows the Umm al-Qura date after sunset, which may differ from a local announcement. Times are rounded to the nearest minute. The IANA zones Asia/Riyadh and Africa/Cairo determine local dates and daylight-saving behaviour. A governorate page represents its named city, not the entire administrative area.

Locations
Saudi and Egyptian settlement coordinates are attributed to GeoNames under its Creative Commons Attribution terms. Malaysian place aliases come from places named in JAKIM’s zone list. An alias points to a zone; it does not create a separate calculated timetable.
Calendar conversions
The converters use Adobe’s @internationalized/date library, licensed under Apache-2.0. The Hijri tool explicitly uses Umm al-Qura; the Ethiopian tool uses the Amete Mihret era. Inputs are checked before conversion so invalid dates are rejected. The supported range is 1900–2100 Gregorian, keeping the Hijri tool within the reviewed table range.

Reliability and transparency
Official-source records, calculated results and unavailable data have different labels. A matching calculation on one date does not prove all dates. Source freshness and country-local date changes are handled independently. Only eligible canonical pages are included in the sitemap; query-specific calculator results are not offered for indexing.
