The five final ceiling prices in Article 4 of the order signed 11 November 2023, in Central African CFA francs (XAF) per litre. This is a historical document calculator, not a verified current tariff.
- All four scanned pages were inspected. The final Article 4 prices are used, not the distribution-entry prices, taxes, transport charges or margins in the earlier tables.
- The document states that it will be registered and published. Its signing date is not relabelled as a verified legal commencement date.
- Current validity, subsequent amendments and a complete October 2026 retail schedule have not been established. Use the publisher for a current purchasing decision.
Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
