The two final per-litre fuel prices stated in the 4 August government article: super petrol and diesel, in West African CFA francs (XOF).
- The article says the prices changed from 1 August 2026. The final amounts are used, not the prior prices or the size of the increase.
- This is a dated two-product reference. A complete later petroleum tariff, other products and future changes are not inferred from this article.
Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
