What this edition covers
The four per-litre liquid-fuel entries in the 12 October notice for the 16–31 October pricing window, in Ghana cedis (GHS).
- These are price floors, not a quote of what a station charges. The calculation gives a floor-based reference amount.
- The publisher excludes international oil-trader premiums, bulk-importer/distributor operating margins and marketer/dealer margins. Those amounts are independently determined by the companies and are not guessed here.
- LPG is quoted using a different unit and is outside this per-litre selection.
Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
