The three positive liquid-fuel entries in decision 221, dated 2 October 2026. The publisher’s heading states Lebanese pounds per 20 litres, delivered to the consumer; the calculator divides those values by 20 exactly.
- Original source amounts per 20 litres are LBP 2,837,000 for octane 95, LBP 2,854,000 for octane 98 and LBP 2,726,000 for vehicle diesel.
- The zero kerosene and mazout table cells are not treated as free fuel and are not selectable. No replacement value is invented.

Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
