What this edition covers

The four retail pump-price quotes on page 1 of the signed 18 June circular: gasoline PMS and fuel oil AGO, each in USD and LRD. Quantities use US gallons; no price is labelled per litre.

• All three scanned circular pages were inspected. Page 1 supplies the retail quotes; wholesale prices, heavy fuel oil priced per metric tonne, and Jet A-1 are excluded from this retail calculator.
• The ministry’s Commerce Today petroleum-price comparison identifies its scale as US dollars per US gallon. This calculator keeps that native quantity and does not convert gallons to litres.
• USD and LRD quotes are separately published and rounded. The stated historical CBL exchange rate is not used to derive either quoted retail price.
• This is the reviewed June edition. It replaces the earlier March reference here, but a complete current October circular has not been verified. Later changes are not incorporated automatically.

Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
