Source and harbor scope
NOAA subordinate station TPT2623 at Saipan Harbor, using reference station 1630000. NOAA applies the time and height offsets. These predictions do not describe all Northern Mariana Islands shores.
Times use Pacific/Saipan (UTC+10). Heights are metres above Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW), a tidal reference level; they are not water depth or clearance measurements. A negative height means below that reference level.
Saipan is a subordinate prediction station. NOAA already applies its offsets from Apra Harbor; Contifield does not apply them a second time. Only the published high and low events are shown.
These are predicted tides, not observed water levels. Weather, wind, waves, storm surge, and local conditions can change actual levels. This harbor table does not establish safe navigation, swimming, or reef access; consult local conditions and official navigation information.
