Sabah published holiday dates 2026
Look up and export the 20 named dates in Sabah’s government calendar plus the separately announced 20 March holiday, with substitute-day limits shown.
Reconciled date reference · 2026 only. Covered dates: 2026-01-01–2026-12-31. This reference combines the named sources and calendar rules. It is not an annual government publication and does not establish dates outside its stated year.
Covered by this calendar
A dated reference to all 20 named holiday entries printed by the Sabah Government Printing Department for 2026, plus the Chief Minister’s separately announced additional Hari Raya holiday on 20 March. Both named holidays on 31 May are retained.
- This reference omits substitute and replacement dates. In particular, it does not determine the observed dates following 22 March, the 31 May double holiday or 8 November. An absent entry is not evidence of a working day.
- This is a Sabah named-date reference, not a complete observed-holiday, paid-leave, business-day or nationwide Malaysia calendar. Other states and federal territories are outside its scope.
- Public-sector schedules, private-sector leave entitlements and individual weekly rest days can differ. No pay entitlement or employer obligation is calculated.
- The April 2026 change to overlapping-holiday rules and the resulting May/June replacement-day treatment have not been fully verified from an authoritative enacted text and complete current state notice. They are not inferred here.
- School dates and salary-payment dates appearing elsewhere on the source poster are not public holidays and are not imported.
