What this edition covers
The communiqué’s two maximum retail petroleum prices, inclusive of VAT, in Rwandan francs (RWF) per litre. This page preserves the April 2026 edition.
- The fuel prices take effect at 06:00 on 4 April 2026. The same document’s public-transport tariff takes effect on a different date and is not used here.
- These are ceilings in the reviewed publication, not observed prices at individual stations or a claim that no later notice exists.
- The two-decimal cost display is a calculation convention; it does not prescribe cash denominations or payment rounding.
Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
