XAF: The BEAC’s published euro parity for the Central African CFA franc. XAF and the West African CFA franc (XOF) are distinct currencies; this tool does not treat their banknotes as interchangeable.

XOF: The euro row in BCEAO’s dated reference table has the same published buying and selling value. This converter uses that euro relationship only; other currency quotations and individual providers’ fees are outside this edition.

KMF: The central bank’s published fixed euro relationship. The publication date is the date of the explanatory page, not a daily retail exchange quotation.

DJF: The central bank’s published US-dollar parity under its currency-board arrangement. This tool does not infer a euro rate or any other currency pair.

Precision and interpretation

The calculation keeps your decimal input and the published relationship as exact fractions. The displayed decimal has at most 12 decimal places; when necessary it rounds half up and identifies the result as rounded. The CSV also contains the exact numerator and denominator. This precision is mathematical and does not define valid cash denominations or a bank’s settlement rules.

For example, 100 EUR corresponds to 65,595.7 XAF under the listed relationship; 17,772.1 DJF corresponds to 100 USD. XAF and XOF have separate entries and source authorities. A matching numerical euro relationship does not make them one currency.

Confirm the current source and the provider’s actual terms before an exchange or payment. Contifield is independent of the source authorities.
