What this edition covers
All four maximum retail prices in Article 1, applying to the territory from 3 October 2026. Amounts are Pacific francs (XPF) per litre, inclusive of taxes.
- The four final retail cells were checked independently against the price-structure annex. Reseller transfer prices, pump margins and September comparison values are not used as October retail prices.
- Road diesel and the separate EEWF diesel category remain distinct. The tool does not determine eligibility for the EEWF category.
- The order repeals the September order and states no end date. This is the reviewed October edition; later replacements are not automatically incorporated.
Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
