What this edition covers
The Ministry’s October 2026 retail schedule, inclusive of VAGST, for petrol, diesel and kerosene. Prices are Samoan tala (WST) per litre.
- The release’s boxed table specifies 1–31 October 2026. Published product availability and actual station stock are separate matters.
- The stated price changes are rounded differently from the displayed final prices; the calculator uses the final published prices.
Multiplication uses exact decimal arithmetic, then rounds the estimated cost half up to two decimal places. A budget result rounds the quantity down to six decimal places. These are calculation conventions, not a supplier’s pump-meter resolution, cash-rounding policy or guarantee of availability.
