What remains unknown about the next price

The CEF observation period shown here is incomplete. Recovery figures alone do not establish the next retail or wholesale price; the completed pricing review and other price components still matter. The 21 October budget speech also announced temporary fuel-levy relief from 4 November. An announced component is not a complete final pump price.
